At Top Prospects Basketball Academy, every athlete begins their journey with a comprehensive Skill Evaluation. This initial session allows our coaching staff to assess each player’s current abilities, athletic foundation, and basketball IQ to create a development plan tailored to their goals.

The evaluation is designed for new and potential clients who want to understand where they stand and how Top Prospects can help them reach the next level. Our professional coaches use a detailed assessment process that measures both technical skill and game readiness — ensuring each athlete is placed in the right program for optimal growth.

• Skill Assessment: Shooting form, ball-handling control, passing precision, footwork, and finishing ability.
   

• Athletic Testing: Agility, coordination, vertical jump, and speed measurements.
   

• Game IQ Evaluation: Court awareness, decision-making, spacing, and defensive instincts.
   

• Coach Consultation: Verbal feedback on strengths, weaknesses, and recommended training path (individual, group, or team program).
